<h1>Protocol Parameters</h1>
<p>The <a href="n8ahelplistener.htm">listener</a>, Oracle Names server, and <a href="n8ahelporacle_connection_manager.htm">Oracle Connection Manager</a> are identified by a <a href="n8ahelpprotocol_address.htm">protocol address</a>. Clients that want to use these services must also be configured with the same address. The following table describes the parameters used by the supported Oracle protocols:</p>
